We have openings for the following positions in our office unit at NIBM, Pune.

Assistant Designer

The responsible person will assist our Head of Design to develop innovative concepts with the expected eagerness and keenness. An ideal incumbent is required to have an Under Graduate degree in Handicraft or Product design. They should have an experience of 1-3 years in the Handicraft industry.

​

Assistant Merchandiser

The responsible person will assist our Head of Merchandising. They are expected to have the experience of handling customer's requirements in terms of labelling, Packaging, Logistics and communication. An ideal incumbent is required to have an Under Graduate degree. They should have an experience of 1-3 years in the Handicraft industry.

 

Production Supervisor

The person responsible is required to have a Bachelor's Degree with an experience of 5-10 years in supervising a team of artisans. Knowledge about Textile and Handicrafts is a requirement. The candidate should have good leadership quality to handle a team of 50-100 artisans.

 

Packaging Supervisor

The candidate should be a 12th pass student. They are required to have the knowledge of labelling and different packaging materials like Plastic, Carton boxes, Wooden Pallets, Strapping material etc.

They should be able to handle all aspects from Packaging to Loading/Unloading transport containers.
